Conor is a top guy with vast knowledge and experience in his field. I learned so much from him and thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together. I trained with Conor during the early part of my cross country season last year. The strength and conditioning training I undertook brought me to full fitness quickly and allowed me to train hard without suffering injury throughout the season. Coming from a soccer background fitness has always been a big part of my life but this kind of training was new to me. Even though I considered my diet to be reasonably good I did not realise how much of a difference it made to me when I was strict and introducing new foods into my diet targeting my metabolism. An intense but enjoyable hour long session with a different plan every time. Conor is a very professional, punctual and driven person and a pleasure to work with.
I was recommended by my trainer to contact Conor in relation to my diet as my brother was getting married and I wanted to get those extra few pounds off which I was finding hard to with just training. Conor gave me a diet plan around my schedule, it was really easy to follow and it got me the results I wanted. I fitted into a dress smaller then the one I had originally tried on. I trained under Conor for 3 months back in 2010 before moving abroad. After a consultation with Conor where I expressed my goals and what I wanted to achieve in the 3 months, he created a personal training plan for me which consisted of 1-to-1 sessions approximately 3 times per week.
