Packages work in 8 week blocks, with weekly check-ins carried out via e-mail. After an initial e-mail questionnaire to establish a starting point and fundamental goals, I would then create very unique and specifically tailored plans to follow. Each individual case will be different, and will carry a different set of needs. Some people like to create and follow their own training plans, or some may be involved in team sports, and so on. If needs be, depending on each individual, I will create a plan for Training, Cardio, Nutrition & Supplements, with the main focus on nutrition, in most cases.
At each weekly check-in, we will monitor specific aspects of our results in order to analyse progress and to identify any tweaks which may need to be made. On top of this, there is continuous support via text or e-mail throughout the 8 weeks.
