Each week I offer 3 group classes that are limited to just 12 places. These cover a mixture of HIIT drills, core work, body-weight exercises and some kettlebells. These classes are open to people of all fitness levels, and last roughly 45 – 50 minutes which includes a quick warm up, and also cool down. All classes cost just €5 per person, per class! With NO membership fees, and NO booking fees. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 19:00, as well as Saturday mornings at 10:00. Classes should be booked in advance as spaces are limited.
