Absolutely thrilled to be celebrating 8 years in business today. I always say I couldn’t do it without all the amazing people who support me, and train here with me, and that has never been as accurate and apparent as these last 12 months.

Pandemic lockdowns, evictions & unfulfilled building contracts to name just a few of the stumbling blocks this last year… but we made it!!

Hard As Nails Cunts!!
•
Shoulder Press 1 plate 60kg x 3
Bench Press 2 plates 100kg x 3
Squat 3 plates 140kg x 3
Deadlift 4 plates 180kg x 3
•
All at a bodyweight of under 75kg (73.9kg for me).
•
For all lifts, if you weigh:
75kg - 79.9kg ~ add 8%
80kg - 84.9kg ~ add 15%
85kg - 89.9kg ~ add 21%
90kg - 94.9kg ~ add 26%
95Kg or above ~ add 30%
•

An oldie, but a goodie! • Adding LEAN muscle is An oldie, but a goodie!
•
Adding LEAN muscle is the absolute hardest gym goal to achieve. Anyone can gain weight, almost anyone can lose weight… but doing either well, in a healthy and sustainable manner is another story altogether.
•
Don’t get fat, just to get big! In fact, adding body fat actually has a negative affect on your hormonal balance and your ability to increase LEAN muscle mass.
•
Stay lean, stay fit, stay functional, stay healthy and very SLOWLY gain lean muscle mass through consistent nutrition and training planning.
