If It Doesn‘t Challenge You, It Doesn’t Change you!
Gaining lean muscle is in our opinion one of the hardest goals to achieve in training. This goes for men, and even more so for women. To gain lean muscle, one must follow a very strict training and nutrition regime. Constantly increasing the work load they put on the muscular system, whilst also constantly repairing and feeding those muscles with the right nutrients.
When trying to achieve this goal many individuals sacrifice lean body fat levels to just gain weight, more so than gaining muscle. People can end up increasing body fat, as oppose to lean muscle. Others incorporate the wrong training systems or nutrition plans and end up having the same physique year after year in the gym without ever adding significant lean muscle.
