Clean Treat Recipe Time…
This month I am going to share with you a recipe for a very easy to make, very healthy and most importantly, very tasty treat!
If my sweet tooth gets the better of me, which it does quite a lot, this is a great way of keeping cravings at bay without straying from your healthy nutrition plans.
So here’s what you’ll need and how to put it all together….
- *200ml of boiling water mixed with 1 pack of strawberry jelly powder.
- *200ml of cold water mixed with 1 scoop of strawberry whey protein powder.
Pour both into a lunchbox/bowl and let to set in the fridge.
Then mix *200g of Greek yoghurt with 15g of almond butter and serve as a topping.
The macros (protein, carbs, & fats) are listed in the picture above. This tastes absolutely amazing and is an easy way to keep cravings at bay if you are trying to stick to a diet and lose body fat.
